Organic hummus with three garlic and dried tomato. Its red colour, in which we can appreciate small dark particles that correspond to the roasted tomato and garlic. The intense aroma provided by the garlic and the dried tomato, with the tomato aroma predominating. Its texture is dense, as befits a natural product with crushed legumes, and it can also be spread. When it comes to tasting, the acidity of the tomato and its flavour stand out with a fairly neutral base from the chickpea and, finally, a harmony of garlic that gives it robustness and an umami nuance.
